What playing this feels like

Happy Halloween sits in the corner of the shelf that never intends to frighten anybody. Pumpkins, bats and round-eyed cartoon ghosts are used as visual language rather than as threats. Anyone curious about the horror shelf but wary of being startled should start right here.

The play mixes two things: gathering items across a map, and solving short obstacles blocking the way. Early stages fall to simple walking around, but by the middle something has to happen in the right order or the final item stays out of reach and the stage needs another pass.

What keeps it pleasant is the absence of a timer. No clock ticks in the corner, nothing punishes a pause, so it works as a late-night, low-stakes sitting. Think of it as the sweet course on a shelf otherwise stocked with much heavier fare.
