What playing this feels like
Here the tank drives anywhere it likes. The arena is a rectangle scattered with walls and crates, some of which break and some of which do not, and that single distinction is the entire map of the fight.
Engagements happen closer than expected, because the opposition is moving too. Shots have to be aimed at where the other machine is about to appear rather than where it currently sits. A tactic that pays well is drilling a narrow hole through soft cover and firing through it from an angle nothing can reach — a temporary strongpoint built by hand out of the scenery.
What keeps this interesting is that the arena reshapes itself as damage accumulates. The longer a duel runs, the less cover is left, until the closing exchange happens in open ground and is decided in a couple of seconds. Anyone who enjoys a plan going stale a minute after making it will get what they came for.
