What playing this feels like

Bashorun sits between a runner and a scrapper. The character moves forward by itself, but what stands in the way is not only gaps to clear — some of it has to be broken before anything can pass. Working out which is which as it approaches is what stretches a run out.

Because the rhythm never settles, memorising a pattern the way most runners reward does not carry very far here. What actually works is watching two steps ahead and having the finger committed early. Beginners tend to jump at everything and end up planted in front of something that wanted a swing instead. Fix that one habit and the distance climbs immediately.

The scenery scrolls at a fixed speed rather than accelerating, so the pressure builds from denser arrangements instead of from raw pace. That keeps it approachable on a phone, where a mistimed swing is easier to recover from than a mistimed jump.
