What playing this feels like
The selling point is acceleration that never lets up. The longer a run lasts, the faster the scenery arrives, until decisions have to be made before the eye has properly resolved what is coming.
Past that point the game stops being about dodging and becomes about picking a line early. Players who travel furthest rarely have quicker reflexes than anyone else; they simply decide sooner, choosing a gap while it is still distant and then living with the choice instead of changing their mind halfway, which usually ends against a barrier.
The other thing that genuinely helps is easing off when the road ahead looks crowded. Nothing forces you to, but trading a little speed for a longer run tends to produce more distance overall than pinning it and finishing early.
