What playing this feels like
The appeal here is that you are never in charge of just one character. The brothers can do different things — one jumps higher, the other shifts what is heavy — so a stage is not a run to the exit but a question of ordering: who moves first, and to which spot.
Puzzles of that shape are solved backwards from the goal. If the door sits high up and only one of them can reach it, the other has to do something first to open the way. Missing that sequence is why people stick on a stage far longer than the actual platforming warrants.
The forest is drawn in dark tones with brightly lit characters, which keeps standable ground clearly separate from scenery. In a game built on swapping between two bodies, that legibility matters more than it sounds, because grabbing the wrong one at a tight moment is the most common mistake of all.
